RI Agent privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026.

RI Agent is a personal assistant app used only by its developer for their own Google account. This policy describes what it does with Google user data.

What it accesses

Only after the owner grants access: Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, all read-only (gmail.readonly, calendar.readonly, drive.readonly). It never sends, changes or deletes mail, events or files.

Where the data goes

OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer. Messages, events and files are read on that computer when the owner's assistant needs them, to answer the owner's own requests. The relevant text may be passed to the AI model service the owner has chosen to run the assistant (for example Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) under the owner's own account. Nothing is sent to any server run for RI Agent.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.

Removing access

Disconnect the account in RI Agent settings, which revokes the authorization and deletes the stored tokens, or remove RI Agent at myaccount.google.com/connections.
